No — dedicated beginners are welcome. Sincerity matters more than flexibility.

What style of yoga is taught?

Traditional Hatha Yoga, in the lineage preserved by the great masters of the Himalayan tradition.

Are meals included?

Yes — three freshly prepared sattvic vegetarian meals daily, with herbal tea.
