Rishikesh is among the most affordable places in the world for residential yoga teacher training. Our 200 hour course is $1,599 including accommodation and sattvic meals — comparable Western trainings often cost $3,000–$5,000 without lodging.

No. The 200 Hour Teacher Training is designed for dedicated beginners as well as experienced practitioners. What matters most is sincerity and willingness to follow the ashram discipline. The 100 Hour foundation course is also available if you prefer a gentler start.

All residential programs include ashram accommodation, three sattvic vegetarian meals daily, study materials, Wi-Fi and certification upon successful completion.

Graduates of the 200 and 300 Hour programs receive RYT-200 and RYT-300 certification respectively. The 100 Hour foundation course carries its own certificate of completion.

Most international students travel on an Indian tourist visa or e-visa. Requirements vary by nationality — please check with your nearest Indian embassy or the official Indian e-visa portal before booking travel.

Yes — pickup from Dehradun (Jolly Grant) Airport is included in your course fee. Share your flight details after acceptance and we will arrange it.

A $100 deposit reserves your place, with the balance due 2 weeks before the batch begins. Cancel any time before the start and the balance is refunded in full (the deposit is non-refundable). Within the first 7 days of the batch, 50% of the fee is refunded; after that, no refund applies. You may instead transfer once to a later batch within 12 months. Comfortable practice clothing, a reusable water bottle, personal toiletries, any personal medication, and modest clothing for temple visits. Yoga mats and study materials are provided. Mornings and evenings can be cool by the river — bring a warm layer.
