Tantra Yoga Teacher Training
Living with Greater Awareness
In the yogic tradition, Tantra is the science of awakening awareness. It teaches us to live with balance, clarity, and a deeper understanding of ourselves. Every practice becomes a means to refine the mind, awaken prāṇa, and discover the quiet presence that exists within.
This residential training introduces the traditional foundations of Tantra through mantra, yantra, meditation, prāṇāyāma, chakra awareness, mudrā, yogic rituals, and the study of classical philosophy. Each subject is supported by daily practice, allowing knowledge to grow through experience rather than theory alone.
The course is designed for sincere practitioners who wish to deepen their own sādhana and develop a respectful understanding of one of yoga's oldest and most profound traditions. Here, Tantra is approached as it has been preserved by the great masters — a path of awareness, inner discipline, and spiritual growth.
What Tantra Truly Means
Today the word Tantra is often misunderstood, reduced to sexuality or mysticism. Classical Tantra — especially in the traditions connected with Kashmir Shaivism, the Śākta tradition, and the Bihar School of Yoga — is a profound path of expanding awareness through mantra, yantra, meditation, prāṇa, ritual, and inner discipline.
At its heart, Tantra is the expansion of consciousness.
