Kriya Yoga Teacher Training
The Science of Inner Transformation
Kriya Yoga is one of the most systematic paths of the yogic tradition — a graduated series of practices that combine āsana, prāṇāyāma, mudrā, bandha, and meditation into a single, flowing discipline. Rather than forcing stillness, the kriyas gently release the mind's hold, allowing awareness to expand naturally.
In the tradition preserved by the Bihar School of Yoga, the kriyas are taught step by step, each practice preparing the ground for the next. Students first establish steadiness in the preparatory techniques before the kriya sequence itself is introduced, always under careful guidance.
This training is intended for established practitioners with a regular sādhana who are ready to enter a deeper and more disciplined stage of practice — approached with patience, humility, and respect for the tradition.
