Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fees, Deposit & Payment

Course fees are published on this website in USD per person. A non-refundable booking deposit of $100 USD confirms your seat — including for students who book well in advance. The balance is payable 2 weeks before the batch start date. Payments are accepted by Wise international transfer (pay in USD, EUR, GBP and more at the mid-market exchange rate), PayPal, or credit/debit card; cash payment on arrival is possible by prior agreement with the school. After your application is accepted, we email your Wise payment details together with your offer.

Fees include tuition, ashram accommodation, three sattvic vegetarian meals daily, course materials and certification. Fees do not include travel, visa, insurance, laundry, medical costs or personal expenses.

Cancellation Before the Batch Starts

You may cancel at any time before your batch begins, for any reason. The $100 booking deposit is non-refundable, but any balance already paid is refunded in full.

Withdrawal After the Batch Starts

If you withdraw within the first 7 days of the batch, for any reason, 50% of the total course fee is refunded, paid within 14 days of your withdrawal. If you withdraw after the first 7 days, no refund is eligible.

Batch Transfer

Instead of cancelling before the start, you may transfer once to a later batch within 12 months of your original start date, subject to availability, at no extra charge.

If the School Cancels

If we must cancel a course, you choose between a full refund of everything paid or a free transfer to another batch.
